CID Membership Application

The Commercial and Investment Division (CID) of the Westchester
County Board of REALTORS®, Inc. represents the interests of
and provides services to commercial real estate practitioners
including brokers and salespersons, owners, managers, developers,
lenders, and others involved with all aspects of commercial property
ownership and sale, lease and exchange transactions.

CID brings in top news-making speakers to its 8:30 am breakfast meetings
ten times yearly. These include Mayors and Supervisors, economic
development officials at all levels of government, high-powered
brokers, and owners, investors and developers of every important
commercial project in the county. CID members meet the county´s
movers and shakers personally; everyone else reads about them the next day.

CID provides a free, once-per-month mailing of commercial property
advertisements by its members. A member who desires to circulate
an advertisement supplies an adequate quantity to the CID administrator who then aggregates it with submissions
by other members. The savings on postage alone more than pays
for the CID membership.

For those holding membership in the Westchester County Board of
REALTORS®, additional membership in the CID provides
automatic enrollment in the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance
of the National Association of REALTORS®. The Alliance
provides a newsletter, conferences, and other supporting
services for commercial practitioners.

CID membership for members of the Westchester County Board
of REALTORS®, Inc. or any other REALTOR® association
is $125 per year. Membership includes the monthly mailing
service, enrollment in the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance,
and attendance at CID breakfasts at the member rate of $10 per breakfast.
Persons and companies that do not hold membership in a REALTOR®
association may also join CID at the rate of $350 per year,
with the benefits described above except for enrollment
in the REALTORS® Commercial Alliance.
