The term REALTOR® is a registered collective membership mark that identifies
a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of REALTORS®
and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics. The REALTOR® Code of Ethics sets forth
specific Articles and Standards of Practice to whice REALTORS® agree to adhere,
and which differentiates REALTORS® from licensees who choose not to affirm that they
will adhere to these professional standards.
WCBR enforces the Code through a hearing process. Anyone contemplating the filing of a
complaint is encouraged to carefully review
How To File A Complaint.
To file a complaint the Complaint form must be completed, citing the names of the
individual(s) you are filing the complaint against, as well as citing the Articles of the Code that you believe were violated.
You must also attach a written statement detailing and supporting the complaint.
If you have any questions concerning the complaint process feel free to contact Valerie Mandra
or Richard Haggerty at the WCBR offices.
