Brokers
Brokers have three ways to access the Westchester-Putnam Multiple Listing Service.

  • Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold a Primary Membership in WCBR.
  • Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold a Secondary Membership in WCBR.
  • Brokers can access the WPMLS if they hold membership in a Member Board of NAR.

Salespersons
Salespersons have three ways to access the Westchester/Putnam Multiple Listing Service.

  • Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a Primary Membership in WCBR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.
  • Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a Secondary Membership in WCBR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.
  • Salespersons can access the WPMLS if they hold a membership in a Member Board of NAR, and they are sponsored by a broker with WPMLS access.
